4 Course Prix Fixe Dinner featuring live jazz from Sara Michaels, a complimentary glass of champagne and a rose for that special Valentine.



...FIRST COURSE

Shrimp Lejon: jumbo shrimp stuffed with horseradish and wrapped with bacon, served with a spicy island dipping sauce.

 

Crusted Brie App: Hazelnut crust, baby arugula, crostinis, and fresh honeycomb.

 

Artisanal meat and cheese tray for two: Sopresatta ham, Genoa salami, prosciutto, brie cheese, fresh mozzarella and aged locatelli cheeses, crostinis, imported olives.


...SECOND COURSE

Grilled romaine salad, cornbread croutons, fresh anchovies, aged locatelli, creamy Caesar dressing.

 

Baby spinach salad: poached quail egg, smoked duck breast, red onion marmalade, Goat cheese, Kennett Square mushrooms, and a warm sherry vinaigrette.

 

Antoinette salad: radicchio mixed greens, prosciutto crisps, fresh berries, toasted almonds, brie cheese, and a vanilla bean vinaigrette


...ENTREES

- Crab stuffed Maine Lobster tail: brie cheese infused mashed potato, with traditional succotash

 

Popcorn dusted scallops: croquette potatoes, Tourne of winter squash, and a roasted corn puree

 

Chateaubriand for two:(tableside)center cut filet mignon wrapped in a puff pastry, with mushroom duxelle, lobster risotto, and grilled zucchini

 

Rack of Veal Hunter Style: fingerling potatoes, ragout of winter vegetables, roasted garlic, fresh herbs, natural jus


...DESSERT

Crème brulee duo: chocolate and vanilla crème brulees, whipped cream and fresh berries

 

Chocolate cheese cake: raspberry sauce and whipped cream
